Process Safety & Risk Management 

Seveso Consultancy

In line with the Seveso Directive and Turkey's BEKRA regulation, we take all necessary steps to prevent major industrial accidents. 

We analyze your processes in detail and apply internationally accepted risk methods such as HAZOP, LOPA, and BowTie. Based on results, we establish a Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure its sustainable implementation. 

We also prepare PKD/EPD documents, ATEX zoning, and hazard distance calculations, plus explosion parameter evaluation (Kst, Pmax) to elevate site safety .

Process & Chemical Hazard Analysis

As a foundational piece of safety, we systematically analyze risks: process deviations, failure scenarios, and exposure risks. We employ methods such as HAZOP, LOPA, BowTie, and perform COSHH / ILO exposure assessments.

Explosion Protection Document (PKD / EPD)

For facilities where potentially explosive atmospheres may occur, preparing an Explosion Protection Document is legally required (under OSHA/ATEX directives and Turkish legislation).
